Refund and Returns Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

It must be unopened and unused, with tags still attached and in its original packaging.

You need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return

Once your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send back your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

Exchanges
To get the item you want, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order once the return is accepted.
EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If your order was shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As with our standard return policy, the item must be in the same condition that you received it—unopened, unused, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging. The receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
